Day Centres and Support Services in the Neighbourhood

(if you know of any more support services please let us know)

The material and spiritual support of the poor and homeless is one of our important works in the neighbourhood of St Chad's.

We are truly blessed to have the Missionary Brothers of Charity living nearby at St Malachy's in Collyhurst.

The Lalley Centre (weekdays) is next to them, the Ragged School (weekends) is not far away, and the Booth Centre (weekdays) is just across the road. There are many other places of help in our cities of Manchester and Salford.

There are many opportunities for works of charity right on our doorstep, so please give some thought and prayer to these important matters, and either contact the centres directly or speak to one of the Community here if you are interested in giving some of your time.
