Baptism and Becoming a Catholic

Please contact one of the priests after Sunday Mass or telephone the house to make an appointment.

Baptism of Children 
This generally take place at any time of the year after the 11.30am Mass on Sunday, but most other times are good too.

Baptism of Adults 
Thus usually take place at Easter, following some months of instruction and being part of the worshipping community. Your life in all its aspects should conform to that ordered by Christ and His Church.

Becoming a Catholic
If you wish to become a Roman Catholic and are already baptised then this can take place at any time, following some months of instruction and being part of the worshipping community. You are already a Christian through baptism, the next sacraments to become a full member of the Catholic Church are Confession, Confirmation and Holy Communion. Again, your life in all its aspects should conform to that ordered by Christ and His Church.
